Debra Fraser

Chair

Debra has over 20 years’ experience working with small business, helping them with strategy, financial analysis for business growth and systems transformation.

Debra has a Bachelor of Accounting and is a committee member for Warringah Chamber of Commerce and Business NSW (Formerly NSW Business Chamber)

Initially started with MWP as a volunteer for the  Shop by List program, Debra then joined the MWP Care Board and has been Treasurer for 5 years prior to being appointed Chair of the Board.

Jennifer Mitchell

Board Member

Jennifer leads business programs specialising in improvement and strategy implementation to achieve commercial outcomes and enhance culture and effectiveness. She has a keen interest in human centred design and technology solutions to assist people day to day.

Jennifer has been involved in a number of mentor and coaching positions over the years. She was Treasurer and Chair of the Business Enterprise Centre, Northside, which provides practical business skills for the unemployed, business start-ups, and women re-entering the workforce.

As a Director of MWP Care, Jennifer brings skills to support the CEO and team with strategy and culture/people development and good governance.

Jennifer’s academic credentials include a B(Adult)Ed(Org Psych), an MBA and GAICD.

David Sultana

Board Member

Having led teams, strategy development, business digital transformation, managing business operations and marketing a diverse global brand portfolio across Australia, Oceania, Asia Pacific, China, UK and North America, David’s fundamental approach is founded on a customer first philosophy.

David has a passion for the local community, lives on the northern beach’s and has been a Surf Life Saving Member and is involved with local sports and junior coaching.

As a Director of MWP Community Care, David is motivated to help contribute to the development of the quality of services and experiences provided by MWP Community Care to the people in our community.

Peter Loaring

Board Member

Peter has been involved in Financial markets for over 45 years, originally within the major financial centres of Europe and  Asia before settling here in Australia in early 2000. He has managed and led multicultural teams across global financial jurisdictions covering Risk, Governance and Strategic planning.

The Northern beaches of Sydney has been his home for more than 20 years and having recently retired from the corporate world Peter is keen to bring his knowledge and experience to the local community.

Being part of an experienced and diverse board means exciting times ahead for MWP Community Care and Peter looks forward to supporting these efforts in the local community

Ruth Robins

Board Member

Whilst living and working on the Northern Beaches for over 20 years and volunteering for a range of community activities, Ruth has gained extensive community service experience in the Northern Beaches local area.

With a strong background ranging from on the ground delivery to senior management, Ruth’s work experience ranges from community organisations including youth education, aged and disability services,
community development and strategic planning.

Over the years she has served on several Board and Community Committees supporting them to better serve their community.

Ruth is passionate about providing excellent outcomes for the community and is experienced in responsible, effective and transparent management of organizations including local and state government entities.

Ruth has extensive experience within the local government framework in a range of fields encompassing community service delivery, governance and community consultation.

Adrian Fellowes

Board Advisor

Adrian is passionate about giving back to the community and has long supported Community Northern Beaches, Hornsby Ku-ring-gai and Northern Beaches Women’s Shelter as an advocate and by transforming properties into safe havens for women facing domestic violence and homelessness.

Adrian has a creative approach to business strategy, adapting and developing according to business trends and needs. His expertise lies in building, maintaining and growing profitable long term partnerships.

A conscientious manager who leads by example, Adrian’s ability to give advice and support to MWP Community Care on budget forecasting, revenue reporting, coaching and training staff as well as delivery of designated operating costs, makes Adrian an asset to the MWP Community Care family.

Judith Yang

Board Member

Judith graduated in South Korea with a degree in International Trade. She then pursued her passion for accounting and numbers by obtaining a postgraduate Diploma and two master’s degrees in Australia. She is a qualified CPA, a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, and a registered Tax Agent.

After working for 13 years in the commercial sector, Judith joined UNSW College in 2011 during a significant organisational transition. Currently, she holds the role of Chief Finance Officer and works on the company’s strategic direction.

For the past ten years, she has been living in the Northern Beaches and has developed a strong passion for supporting the community and aging population in Australia. As a result of this passion, she has joined the MWP Community Care Board and is excited to offer her expertise through the board in order to help the community
