Surf’s Up Seniors… This unique program is all about embracing ageing, one wave at a time!

Silver Surfers is back for Season Three — proving age is no barrier to adventure!

After two hugely successful seasons, with 170–240 participants hitting the waves, Silver Surfers returns to Manly Beach on 9 October 2026, running through to May 2027.

Created for Northern Beaches locals aged 55+, the program combines bodyboarding, movement, wellbeing and social connection to help participants build confidence, stay active and rediscover their love of the ocean.

This season, we’re adding breathwork and yoga, giving participants even more ways to move, connect and feel great — in or out of the water.

We’re thrilled to have the support of Dee Why RSL Club and NSW Health, alongside MWP Community Care and Manly Surf School, to make Season Three possible.
